01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chaos Studio website (chaosstudio.in) and placing any order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Products & Services

Chaos Studio provides AI-powered custom print merchandise including T-Shirts and Tote Bags. All products are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced specifically for your order after payment is confirmed.

• T-Shirts: 100% premium cotton, custom AI-generated chest graphic print
• Tote Bags: Canvas cotton, custom square-format print
• All products ship within India only (at this time)
• Product images shown are AI-generated previews — slight colour variation may occur in physical print

03 AI-Generated Designs

Designs are generated using third-party AI image models (Google Gemini). By submitting a prompt, you agree that:

• You will not submit prompts containing offensive, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or defamatory content
• You will not attempt to generate designs that infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or rights of publicity (e.g. celebrity likenesses, brand logos)
• Chaos Studio reserves the right to decline printing any design deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion
• AI outputs are non-deterministic — results may vary between generations

Chaos Studio is not responsible for the accuracy, suitability, or originality of AI-generated content. By proceeding to checkout you confirm the design is acceptable for printing.

04 Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (18%). Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is processed securely via Cashfree Payments
• Accepted methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• Free shipping is applied automatically on orders ₹999 and above
• A ₹99 shipping fee applies on orders below ₹999

Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it is passed to production. Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05 Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped across India via reputed courier partners.

• Production time: 2–3 business days after order confirmation
• Delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch (metro cities); 7–10 days for remote areas
• A tracking link will be shared to your registered email once dispatched
• Chaos Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or force majeure events

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

06 Intellectual Property

The Chaos Studio brand, logo, website design, and all non-AI-generated content are the intellectual property of Chaos Studio and are protected under applicable Indian law.

AI-generated designs created through our platform are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use on the purchased product. You may not resell, reproduce, or commercially distribute designs generated through our service without prior written consent.

Chaos Studio retains the right to use AI-generated designs for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise.

07 User Accounts

Creating an account is optional but recommended for order tracking. By creating an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

08 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Chaos Studio to:

• Generate or purchase products containing hate speech, violence, or discriminatory content
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform
• Use automated bots to generate designs in bulk without prior arrangement
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks without genuine cause

09 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Chaos Studio provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will meet your specific expectations or be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Chaos Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with AI design output, delivery delays, or print quality variations.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage resolution through direct communication before escalating to legal action.
