Important: All Chaos Studio products are made-to-order. Each item is custom-printed after you place your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or refunds simply due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before checkout.

02 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet begun.
- Email us at orders@chaosstudio.in with your Order ID
- Subject line: "Cancel Order – [Your Order ID]"
- Once production begins, cancellation is no longer possible
Note: Orders placed using promotional or discount codes are still eligible for cancellation within the 12-hour window but the discount code cannot be reused after cancellation.
03 Eligible Refund & Replacement Scenarios
We will issue a free replacement or full refund in the following cases — reported within 7 days of delivery:
- Manufacturing defect — holes, stitching errors, or fabric damage present on arrival
- Print quality defect — faded, smeared, misaligned, or incomplete print that is clearly a production error
- Wrong product received — you received a different item from what you ordered (wrong size, colour, or product type)
- Damaged in transit — item arrived visibly damaged due to courier handling
For all of the above, please email us with clear photographs of the defect and your Order ID. We will evaluate and respond within 2 business days.
04 Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the 12-hour cancellation window
- Incorrect size selected by the customer — please refer to our size guide before ordering
- Minor colour variation between the on-screen AI preview and the physical print (screen calibration differences are normal)
- Dissatisfaction with the AI-generated design — AI outputs are creative interpretations of your prompt and results may vary
- Damage caused after delivery (washing damage, tears, etc.)
- Delayed delivery that is within 14 days of the dispatch date
05 How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Follow these steps to initiate a return, refund, or replacement request:
- Step 1 — Email us at orders@chaosstudio.in within 7 days of delivery
- Step 2 — Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos
- Step 3 — We review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility
- Step 4 — Resolution — we arrange a replacement shipment or process a refund to your original payment method

06 Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
- UPI/Wallet refunds are typically faster (1–3 days); Card/Net Banking may take up to 7 days depending on your bank
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated
Shipping charges (₹99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
07 Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please:
- Photograph the damaged package and product before opening
- Report to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement
If your tracking shows the package is stuck or undelivered for more than 14 days after dispatch, please contact us and we will raise an investigation with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no charge.
